Returns & Exchanges

We want to make it easy for you to return and exchange items so if you are not satisfied with your purchases please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your goods. It can be returned for an exchange or credit note (excluding the shipping costs & 3rd party transaction fees) provided the goods are unopened and unused.

Please check that the item meets the criteria below for return or an exchange:

• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with original packaging intact and the original labels attached.
• Getting in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your goods. 
• The item is returned within 10 days of being received by you.
• Non returnable items are pacifiers, art prints and customised items 

Once item is received we aim to process returns within 3 business days. For exchanges, this is subject to stock availability.
